For training & placement cells
Students come to Vidyaan for mock tests and interview practice on their own. Run your training here too and the two sides become one record — so the placement cell finally sees the whole picture.
Solo practice
Mock tests, AI interviews, coding — the student’s own record, built before you ever met them.

Joins your batch
Trainers now see their progress next to everyone else’s — no second tool, nothing to reconcile.
= one record
The placement cell sees
Practice and training as a single timeline per student.
What a college gets
Everything the cell runs — classes, assessments, reporting — on the platform your students already trust for their own prep.
Students already practise here. A join code links their account to your batch, and from then on your trainers see everything in one table — no export, no reconcile.

One student timeline the cell reads
Questions pushed mid-lecture on a server clock. Attendance is engagement-weighted and computed before the call ends.
Assign a proctored mock or AI interview to a batch. Every attempt returns an integrity report the assigning trainer reviews.
College-wide KPIs with the change since last period, a batch-by-batch table, weakest topics first, and every at-risk student with the signal that flagged them.

The trainer’s day
Enough to run a full training programme end to end — without leaving the tab.
Reporting
Four levels of report, each one exportable and print-clean.
A by-student register and a by-question breakdown with the answer distribution and response timing. CSV export and a clean print stylesheet.
Attendance trend, topic weakness worst-first, a leaderboard, and a per-student table.
Seven KPIs with previous-period deltas, batch performance, and the at-risk list with per-student reasons.
For every proctored mock test and AI interview a student in your batch took — an event timeline and a plain-language summary.
See it live
We’ll set up a batch with your branches and walk the placement cell through the reports it would get.
